Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@ninajanvier.com before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Handmade Products

All our jewellery is crafted by hand, one piece at a time, after your order is received. Due to this individual, handmade production process, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about a specific item.

Personalised Products (Custom Orders)

Orders involving specific personalisation — engraving, initials, custom dimensions, or a design created at your request — are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the European Directive, as they are made according to your personal specifications.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it enters production. To request a cancellation, please log in to your customer account or contact us as soon as possible at hello@ninajanvier.com.
