Shipping policy

1. Delivery times :
All our jewellery is carefully handcrafted in our Montreal studio, which is why preparation can take up to 14 days. Lead times vary from 2 to 7 working days in Canada and the US, and from 1 to 4 weeks for international deliveries. These lead times may vary depending on your chosen delivery option.

2. Charges :

Canada / USA : Standard shipping is free in North America for orders over 150$. All our items  are shipped with a tracking number. Delivery costs vary if Express delivery is chosen. Also, you can collect your order directly from our workshop by choosing the "pick up " option at checkout.

International deliveries: It is possible to select tracked or non-tracked delivery. Applicable fees will vary based on the chosen option. Nina Janvier cannot be held responsible for lost packages that were selected as a non-tracked delivery when the order was confirmed. No return or refund will be issued without the tracking option. Please note that import and custom charges may apply and are not covered by Nina Janvier. We recommend you contact your country’s customs and border control office.

3. Returns and exchanges :

All Nina Janvier items are carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during shipment. 

Only unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged or refunded, and within 5 business days following delivery. 

We can only accept returns, exchanges or refunds on items that have been tried on only. We will issue the exchange or refund once your returned package has been received by our workshop and its contents have been verified. Postage fees for returns cannot be refunded. 

Items on sale, earrings, personalised orders, gold plated items and 10, 14 and 18-carat gold items cannot be refunded or exchanged. An item can only be exchanged for the same item. 

Nina Janvier cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracked delivery was not selected when your order was confirmed, and refunds or exchanges cannot be issued without the tracked delivery option. 

We’re not able to refund or exchange a returned item that doesn’t meet the above conditions. 

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
